Recovery Coast Subcommittees

What Are Subcommittees?

The Recovery Coast Area service body is comprised of several subcommittees. These subcommittees help to further carry the message of recovery in Narcotics Anonymous through Public Relations & Phonelines, Activities, Policy and Hospitals & Institutions.

Policy

The purpose of the Policy Subcommittee is to consider any input that affects the policies of the Recovery Coast Area and upon deliberation, provide clarity to the Area. The Policy subcommittee is where any member of Narcotics Anonymous can come to learn about Area policy, how policies are written and how they could be of service by serving on this subcommittee.

When:

1:00pm the 2nd Sunday of each month.

Where:

Living Faith Church: 11038 Little Rd. NPR 34654

Public Relations / Phoneline

The purpose of the Public Relations subcommittee is to inform the public that NA exists. The Public Relations subcommittee is responsible for making available, timely, credible and accurate information on our fellowship to the public.

The Phone line subcommittee makes NA available to any addict seeking recovery, by informing those who reach out to us, where they can find an NA meeting. They do so by following the 12 Traditions, 12 Concepts of NA and the policy guidelines of the Phoneline and the Recovery Coast Area.
